Keith founded Fitrition in 2014 upon the platform of using strength and conditioning coaching to daily help people become who they were created to be. With easy and cheap access to processed foods and lifestyles that demand very little physical exercise, health in American society is at an all-time low. As a result, our society needs the physiological benefits of regular exercise and well-rounded/balanced nutritional habits, and Keith desires to aid others in developing and maintaining healthy lifestyles.

As a strength and conditioning coach, Keith trains clients to embrace the challenge of a hard physical workout and muster within themselves what is needed to overcome adversity. He finds it notably gratifying when his clients gain confidence in their workouts, and that confidence translates to them overcoming challenges in other areas of life. The regular discipline of physical exercise can certainly be an important step in helping individuals reach goals to be the best they can in their marriage, parenting, careers, sports, and anything else in which they aspire to excel. Clients face challenges in their workouts that are neither fun nor easy, and Keith genuinely enjoys witnessing them accomplish something they thought was out of reach.

Outside of excelling as a strength and conditioning coach, Keith delights in his role as a husband to Jeriel and father to daughters, Charley and Paisley, as well as a son due in August 2018. Marriage and fatherhood have taught Keith to regularly exercise two character qualities that he considers vitally important: commitment and humility. When he has the opportunity, Keith enjoys participating in athletic competitions and working with at-risk youth in the local community through organizations such as Running Free.
