I made a shake the other day. It took two minutes.
You see, a shake is the magic bullet for someone who doesn't want to cook a meal. And why is that?
1. It's fast
2. It's delicious (not fake delicious, like a Coke zero)
3. And makes you feel full. That's a winner in my book.
