Chris

Wash

Personal Trainer

B.S. Recreation Management (Missouri State University)

Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC)

A three sport athlete at Topeka West High School, Chris played football, basketball, and competed in track.  He was a first team All-State, All I-70 League, and All-City selection at defensive end and tight end for the Chargers, while simultaneously claiming the number one spot in blocked shots and rebounds for the school's basketball team, who finished third at state.

These accomplishments soon led him on a football scholarship to Missouri State where he not only led the Bears in sacks and tackles for loss, but was also named to the Missouri Valley All-Conference team and received the Bears Defensive Lineman of the Year Award in 2006.

Chris transitioned these skills to coaching youth and has since spent his time running speed and agility clinics and team training sessions for a variety of athletes. Never too far away from the football scene, however, he recently coached at the following schools.

Linebackers Coach and Director of Football Operations at Evangel University (2010 -'12)

Defensive Line Coach at Topeka West High School (2009)

Defensive Line Coach at Glendale High School (2008)

Chris resides here in Topeka and is married to Alena Wash. Together they have two boys, MJ (Chris Jr.) and Tatum.
