Schedule varies with sports seasons (fall, winter, spring, summer) – link to schedule
4-8 athletes per session (unless otherwise specified)

Team Training
Schedule blocked out for specific team training
Can take place at Fitrition or at team practice facility

$100 total per session (divided per participant / paid by team)

Club / Team / Organization Discounts
We work directly with local sports clubs, teams & organizations. Athletes associated with these groups will receive training program discounts. Contact Keith to see if your team is on the list, or to get your team set up!
