STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Our strength and conditioning classes offer regularly scheduled training sessions led by our coaching staff. Training programs are designed to improve movement quality, increase strength, and challenge your fitness. Participation can range between 2-6 classes per week based upon goals, desire, and schedule availability. Typical sessions vary between 6 & 10 participants.
Our personal training programs offer regularly scheduled one-on-one sessions with our coaching staff. personal training programs are designed specifically with your goals, needs, and schedule in mind. First, you’ll meet with a member of our coaching team and discuss what you want to accomplish, then we’ll schedule the sessions and get to working toward your goals!
INDEPENDANT TRAINING PROGRAMS
Our Independent Training Programs offer flexibility, accountability and guidance from a distance in your training program. You meet with our coaching
staff to discuss your specific goals, needs and schedule, and we work with you to design a program you can follow on your own time, either in our facility, or on
your own. Independent training programs are perfect for the individual that has a crazy schedule but is willing to take ownership over training sessions while following the guidance of a coach!
