SPEED AND AGILITY
MISSION
Our speed and agility program consist of drills and exercises that develop speed of movement through focusing on quicker feet, faster acceleration, and efficient change of direction.
DYNAMIC MOVEMENT FOR SPORTS
MISSION
Our dynamic movement program consists of drills and exercises that develop movements such as jumping, throwing, and hitting through first focusing on stability and technique, and then increasing effort and force.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
MISSION
Our functional fitness program consists of exercises that develop functionality in a wide variety of movements used in everyday activities: crawling, running, jumping, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, throwing, lifting objects, and much more! This program teaches youth to move well and move often, so that they can appreciate quality movement as they mature to adulthood.
SOCCER FITNESS
MISSION
Our soccer fitness program consists of drills and exercises that develop youth soccer players’ confidence and ability in the fundamentals of the sport. We focus on controlling the body through stability-focused exercises and controlling the ball through a variety of ball skill drills. We develop confident movement
through speed, agility, and conditioning drills, with and without a soccer ball.
CAMPS
MISSION
Our camps are offered in one-week blocks during summer break, Christmas break, and spring break. We have a variety of camps that we offer: speed & agility, dynamic movement for sports, functional fitness, pre-K, and even sport-specific camps! Camps are the perfect place for the youth who hasn’t trained in a physical program before to have fun and see what we do!
PERSONAL TRAINING
MISSION
Personal training is our service for youth athletes and non-athletes alike that want to focus intentionally on their goals. Whether you’re a high school athlete prepping for season with hope of playing at the collegiate level soon, or a younger athlete wanting to focus on running faster and jumping higher, or a youth wanting to pursue better fitness for the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, personal training is where we can get very detailed in coaching your specific needs.
