August Update: Fully Functional

It’s been nearly five months since the introduction of Covid-19 caused the country, and Fitrition to stop, re-image, and start over with a new normal. Fitrition is now operating at full function, and according to the owner and lead coach Keith Fine, the new changes have only made the environment better.

“The changes in schedule, spacing and cleaning procedures have become our new normal, and they have been well received by our clientele,” Fine said. “The changes have only benefited our environment as a whole.”

The two most popular classes (5 a.m. and 8 a.m.) are both full with no openings, but there are a few slots still available in the 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. classes, as well as the 4:30 and 6 p.m. strength and conditioning classes.

“We’re offering a special right now for friends of members. Try it for free for two weeks, and if you sign up your member friend get’s two weeks free,” Fine said.

One of the major benefits of this time of readjustment has been the gym’s return to simplicity.

“This time has taught me that a simpler, more focused routine has been wonderful for our staff and clients,” Fine said. “We hope to continue adapting the facility to better suit the needs of the new normal to make our workouts more effective and efficient by way of equipment and space reorganization.”

In addition to the group strength and conditioning programs, Fitrition is still offering personal training (one-on-one with a coach), and independent training programs that are developed by a coach for you to complete on your own.

If you have any questions about the gym’s other capabilities or how they are handling the coronavirus pandemic, feel free to reach out through Facebook, the website’s contact form, or by calling the facility.
