Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the clocks have moved forward and the seasons are moving forward, too! Here's the updated schedule for the spring season. It's time to lay out the plans that will help you achieve your goals!
Fitness Classes for Adults
(All classes are currently full, except for 5:30 and 6 a.m. classes)
Monday - 5:00 and 5:30 a.m., 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday - 5:00, 5:30 and 6:00 a.m., 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday - 5:00 and 5:30 a.m., 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Thursday - 5:00, 5:30 and 6:00 a.m., 4:30 p.m.
Friday - 5:00 and 5:30 a.m.
Youth Programs
March 9-13 Speed and Agility Camps
Monday through Friday 10-11 a.m.

March 16 - April 17 Speed and Agility Program (2 days per week)
Monday and Wednesday 4:30 p.m.
